Scheduling reports

To schedule a report:

  1. Only favorite reports can be scheduled. If necessary, generate a report and mark it as a favorite: in the top right corner, click the cog wheel icon (i_report.png) and choose Save as Favorite. You are prompted to provide a name for the favorite: the report will appear on the left panel in the list under Favorites reports.
  2. In the Reports Section, click Schedule List.
  3. Click Add a Report Schedule.
  4. Enter a Description for the scheduled report.
  5. Choose the Frequency (every x months, every week on a specific weekday) at which the report should be scheduled.
  6. Enter the email address to which the report should be sent (Sent to).
  7. From the Choose a Report list, choose the report to be produced on a schedule (list includes all reports marked as favorites).
  8. Click Save.

Generating reports

To generate a report:

  1. In the Threat Reporting section Reports tab, click on the category you wish to have a report from (i.e. Traffic, Bandwidth, Domains, etc)
  2. Click on the name of a report in the list on the left. The report is generated using default parameters (including the report style). To see details, hover the mouse pointer over a value on the graph.
  3. Optionally, adjust the report’s parameters by choosing from the options at the top of the page.
  4. To export the report/report data, click the cog wheel icon (i_report.png, in the top right corner of the page) and select Export to PDF or Export to CSV: you are prompted to choose or open the resulting file.
  5. Or to print the report: click the cog wheel icon (i_report.png, in the top right corner of the page) and choose Print.

To make the report (including selected parameters) a favorite, click the cog wheel icon (i_report.png, in the top right corner of the page) and select Save as Favorite. You are prompted to provide a name for the favorite: the report will appear on the left panel in the Favorites List section for easier generation in the future.
