Question

How do I archive a phishing campaign?

Answer

If you would like to Archive a campaign you can do using either one of the options below:

Option 1

1. Under Tools, click Security Awareness, followed by Launch Platform
   • The Security Awareness console opens.
2. Navigate to Phishing > Active Campaigns
3. Locate appropriate campaign title in the All Email Campaign History table
4. Click on the Archive Campaign Button to the left of the title

1. Select Archive Campaign

Option 2

1. Under Tools, click Security Awareness, followed by Launch Platform
   • The Security Awareness console opens.
2. Navigate to Phishing > Active Campaigns
3. Click on the appropriate campaign title in the All Email Campaign History table
4. Click Campaign Actions drop-down
5. Choose Archive Campaign from the drop-down
6. Select Archive Campaign

Notes

• If you archive a campaign, the auto-enrollment training assignment remains active.
• A campaign can be archived in any status EXCEPT Sending Emails.
• Archived campaigns show Status = Canceled or Status = Archived. No other statuses display in the Archived Email Campaign History table.
• Data will continue to be collected while archived if campaign is still active and has not been canceled.
