In my phishing campaign data, numbers for Clicked and Reported are populating, but the number of Email Opens are showing at zero. Why is this?
Answer
Under Email Tracking Options in the campaign editor, Track Email Opens is checked by default. If this feature is unchecked, the email opens will not be tracked, and no number will show for any users in the Primary Email Opened column of the Campaign Data export.
