How do I create a custom phishing Teachable Moment?

Answer

In order to create a custom Teachable Moment, follow the steps below:

  1. Under Tools, click Security Awareness, followed by Launch Platform
    • The Security Awareness console opens.
  2. Go to Phishing > Custom Teachable Moment
  3. Select Create New Custom Teachable Moment
  4. Choose a Teachable Moment from the drop-down menu OR create your own using the Source Code button

Note: %COMPANY% is the only available property that can be used in Teachable Moments. You can add the %COMPANY% anywhere in the code or through the WYSIWYG

  1. Import Template
  2. Customize Template
  3. Create Template Name
  4. Save Template  

The custom Teachable Moment will now be able to be selected from the Phishing Link Teachable Moment drop-down menu during the Campaign Creation process.

Note: Customization is not available for Multi-Lingual, Embedded or Error Message Teachable Moments.
