How do I download details on every event that has occurred in the campaign?
Answer
The Event Log will display user actions on a Phishing campaign. If you would like to download the event log for a campaign you can do so by following these steps:
- Navigate to Phishing > Active Campaigns
- Under All Email Campaign History, click on the title of the campaign you wish to download
- Choose Campaign Actions > Export Campaign Events To CSV from the drop-down menu
- You will receive a pop up that shows the exporting of campaign events once it completes
- Select Click here to download your file
- Click Close
