How do I add contact properties to my Email Notifications?

Answer

To add a contact property in your notification, follow the steps below:

1. Follow the steps on how to Edit a Notification Template
2. Select the Add Contact Property drop-down menu
3. Select the custom property you would like to add

1. Click Save

Note

• If property is placed in the wrong spot, delete the property and then use the menu to place it in the correct spot in the email.
• Do not copy and paste properties.
• Each template category contains properties that are specific to that category.
